Please verify the finalist to be eligible before you announce a list.  So I am waiting for the final official list. I have found "some of the persons" from above list are not eligible for finals.   Re: Round2 Finalist Reply Contact Hello ra123!  I think we are all students, but some of us are working during the university years and I think if somebody will finish the school this year have right to register to the next Imagine Cup competition too. " You are actively enrolled as a student at an accredited educational institution that grants high-school or college/university (or equivalent) degrees at any time between January 1, 2008 and May 31, 2009;   ELIGIBILITY STATUS VERIFICATION If you are invited to advance to compete in the local/regional round of the Software Design Competition, or you advance to the second round of any other Competition, you will be required to verify your eligibility status (including enrollment status) in a form satisfactory to us before we will allow you to advance to the next round.   " Don't worry ra123, they verified or will verify the eligibility status.   Regards,  Csanás

In any case also in the FAQ http://imaginecup.com/support/faq.aspx#Question2.2, states the following: If a student does not attend a four-year university, can she/he participate in the Competition? Absolutely, any student attending an accredited high school or college either full or part-time can participate. Can I compete in the Imagine Cup if I recently graduated from school or am working as a graduate student? Yes, you are eligible to compete if you meet the applicable age requirements, and you enrolled as a student at any time between January 1, 2008, and May 31, 2009.  Additionally, the school at which you are enrolled must be an accredited educational institution that grants high-school or college/university (or equivalent) degrees. Graduate and PhD students are also able to compete, however they may not use unpublished research.
