I am a participant in the Digital Media competition. I have a doubt. The theme 'technology help solve the toughest problems...' does that refer just to PC software solutions or does it refer to every other technology also? I may sound very silly to ask this question. But, please help me by clearing my doubt... Also, what must our videos depict?(The problem and solution which should be developed or the problem and the solution which is already available?) I mean... should the video show that the problem can be solved by applying this solution that is out of reach to the people right now? or should it tell that such a new solution should be developed for solving this problem?
