  Questions in case study Reply Contact Hi I downloaded the case study and came up with some questions: 1- It has been said that researchers need to access their emails while in the field. what does it mean exactly? does it mean while they are at remote locations and connected to the company's network or what? 2- it s been mentioned that staff need to have fully integrated telephony to ensure whose voicemails and phone calls are routed to whose laptops? when? while they are out of the office? Thanks

That meas that you must purpose a e-mail system deployment to assure that requirement. Very important: Secured! 2.
